Device-local clipboard data
Clipboard content, managed files, OCR, search indexes, embeddings, local provider settings, credentials, permission grants, and derived data remain on your device. ClipsX does not silently upload them.
Account data
If you create an account, Supabase processes authentication identity, email, sessions, and the hosted records needed for supported settings sync. Current sync does not include clipboard content, notes, tags, files, or secrets.
Optional services
Google and GitHub process data when you choose their sign-in buttons. Stripe processes billing information only for legacy subscriptions or if a paid plan is enabled in the future; ClipsX does not store card details. Ollama runs separately on your device.
Deletion and retention
You can close your account from Account settings. Active subscriptions must be canceled and owned organizations transferred first. Closing revokes hosted sessions and removes or disables hosted account data according to integrity and security requirements. Local desktop data must be removed on each device.
