Open-source desktop software
The ClipsX desktop application and first-party extensions are provided under the Apache License 2.0. These website terms do not replace that license or imply that the private hosted website source is open source.
Accounts
An account is optional for core desktop features. You are responsible for access to your account and for keeping recovery and authentication methods secure.
Plans and billing
ClipsX currently offers the implemented local product for free. A supporter plan is only planned and checkout is disabled. Any future paid service will publish its price, included service, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before accepting payment.
Acceptable use
Do not use hosted ClipsX services to violate law, interfere with the service, compromise other accounts, or distribute harmful content. You remain responsible for data captured on your devices.
Warranty and liability
Open-source software and preview services are provided as available and without warranties to the extent allowed by law. Final production limitations require legal review.
